He frowned then laughed grimly "Are cars fuelled by the one power? Does your world have such a grasp of it to match the age of legends?" he asked both as he poked the switch curiously and a little cautiously.

I laughed. "no, cars are fuelled by gas." I laughed even harder when he poked the switch and the roof closed back up.

He frowned "Gas? .... do you mean the gas women constantly berate men for letting out but let out themselves?"

OOC: Car's are fuelled by petrol or diesel, Butane and the like is rarely used in cars, lol. though there is a volkswagen beatle that runs on shit gas(Methane) lol!

I could tell that he was confused and I pulled into our garage as he started complaining like a five-year-old in the backseat of a car. 'Are we nearly there yet?'

He frowned as his stomach churned threateningly before they pulled into a structure, he whispered "IS this it?" then before she could answer he was out the door down the drive and vomiting on the road.

He growled, wiping his mouth "I am prone to motion sickness, the saddle or my own two feet from now on .. I should go and fetch Mandarb ... and pay for the room I was in ... it had a strange speaking box in the wall and a block with buttons."

"Okay, I'm guessing that Mandarb is a horse?" I asked. "And, we'll get you inside and I'll go pay for your room."
I listened as he described a phone. "You mean a phone?" I smiled.

He frowned "No no ... if you go near Mandarb he will lash out ... only I can remove him without him causing harm .. and what ever a phone is most likely yes."

I smiled. "Okay, no more cars, no more motion sickness." I threw my car keys into the garage, where they clattered onto the roof of my car.

I sighed and darted into the garage to collect my keys. I shoved them into my pocket and skipped back to Lan. "Happy?"

I smiled, "Merely props in our house, until now." I grinned and asked, "Wait, so do you want food first? Or do you want to go get your horse first?"

I was wondering whether he was kidding about his horse, but I knew he wasn't lying about the needing food, so I held his elbow and led him through the house and into the kitchen, passing Hayley on the way.

He frowned as she dragged him through the house but once they were in the kitchen he caught the smell of food, five minutes later he had all sorts of food on the go cooking, darting around learning what each piece of electronics did in seconds then using them.

When everything was cooked he threw it all into one huge bowl, made for salad not 6 different meals and began eating it all far too quickly to even taste the food, not an ounce touched the sides. When he was done he looked at her and shrugged "Sorry ..."
