I shifted Lan's weight so he was more comfortable to sleep. I untangled ourselves and headed to my closet as Lan fell asleep. I threw on some skinny jeans and a random shirt. Only after sitting next to his head, on the floor for an two hours, I realised what was on my shirt. I was wearing my Live, Laugh, Love shirt. One of my favourites. I kissed Lan's forehead gently.

He woke with a loud yawn and stretched out, testing his limbs, a dull ache in his legs and one in his left arm, he did a complete inventory of all his limbs and muscles, tesning and letting them loose again until he opened his eyes.

He pulled on his supple leather boots the went half way up his calf, riding boots, then he folded his trousers down over them and grabbed the curved dagger on the bedside table and slipped it into the holster "Glad youa gree with me babe,they'd probably kick us both out for face hugging in school" he said with a laugh.
