Peace and Quiet. . . And I don't like it.

I was lying on my bed, legs crossed, watching the ceiling, following the patterns. I was so bored that I started thinking of lyrics for a song. Outside of the studio. That was unusual.

[Lan]

Lan slipped quietly into the room through the window, blood dribbling down his chin from hunting vamp style, he hadn't realised it was there .. he had relented and hunted a human .... a woman, young, depressed .. homeless but not homeless long enough to turn to alcohol and drugs, he looked at Becca and smiled, a little more blood dribbling down his chin on the opposite side "Hey babe" he said softly.

[Becca Williams]

I smelled the blood before I heard his voice. My throat burned, searing hot. "Hi," I half-smiled.

[Lan]

When he realised the blood was there he cursed himself for a fool wiping it away and was atop her, straddling her waist and pinning her arms before he said another word then he simply whispered "I'm sorry .. just in case .. I'd hate for a human to get you pouncing on them no matter how sexy you'd look hunting .."

[Becca Williams]

I smiled properly and tried to pull my arms free. I looked at him pleadingly. "I'm in control. I promise."

[Lan]

He laughed softly and released her hands, rolling so she ended up straddling his waist while his hands crept up her thighs "So what were you doing while I was gone my love?" he asked with a small smirk.

[Becca Williams]

"Honestly? Waiting for you to come back." I looked down. If I was a human, I would've blushed.

[Lan]

He smiled softly "I rushed to get back but then I lost control on the high street, no-one saw, all they saw was a girl there one minute then she was gone .... I .. I'm sorry I lost control completely .."

[Becca Williams]

I kissed him, ending his sentence, even if he was going to carry on. I pulled back. "We all slip up. It's not your fault."

[Lan]

He was so shocked by the sudden kiss he cut her sentence short by kissing her suddenly in return, before he marshalled himself and pulled back, resting his hands on her thighs again "Mm but I then came with her blood on my chin and I caused you pain."

[Becca Williams]

I sighed and clamped a hand over his mouth. "It wasn't your fault." I repeated. "None of it was."

[Lan]

He just sighed into herand before he took her wrist in his left hand pulling it aside as his rigth hand caught the collar of her shirt and pulled her down where he then began kissing her, to distract her.

[Becca Williams]

I smiled as he pulled me down. I kissed him back enthusiastically.

[Lan]

Lan pulled her even tighter against him, his hands against her bum then as he kissed her back with a wild furious passion, it always came this way after he hunted, he hunted once a month and every time since he had met her they had ended up locked like this after ward.

[Becca Williams]

I pulled myself tighter against him as he did the same and once again, the thirst was fuelled by my desire. My throat burned, I frowned but ignored it.

[Lan]

He frowned feeling her pain and her thirst and pulled back slowly "Babe you need to hunt, I'll come with you .. I am not going to have your throat burning like it is .."

[Becca Williams]

"Shut up," I muttered, kissing him again.

[Lan]

He scowled and pushed her back again though all he wanted was to show her how much he loved her "No, you.Need.To.Hunt."

[Becca Williams]

I sighed. "I am fine." But I guessed I'd lose the fight anyway, so a shifted and sat on the bed next to Lan.

[Lan]

"We'll get on to the best bit soon" he said huskily, promising before he took her hand and leapt smoothly out of the window with her.

[Becca Williams]

I dropped out of the window with Lan and kissed him once before sighing and pulling away. "Don't come."

[Lan]

He kissed back then frowned "Why .. why not?"

[Becca Williams]

I looked at our hands, intertwined. "I haven't hunted in a while. It's likely that I'm going to lose control and I don't want you there when that happens."

[Lan]

He frowned "Becca if you are worried about hurting me small chance of that, I'm coming with you to make sure you don't do anything you wouldn't like when you let instinct take over.

[Becca Williams]

I kissed him. "Please?"
