He stood at the end of the alley with his arms folded, his hood pulled up so far it hid his features completely. He didn't turn when Becca got near.

I smelled Lan's scent closer and saw him at the end of the alley with his hood pulled up. I walked behind him and put a hand on his shoulder.

He felt Becca touch him and shivered slightly at the tingle, even through his clothing he felt it and then he lay his hand atop hers on his shoulder still staring at a man over the way who was staring right back at him.

The shock that Lan's skin gave mine was still something I hadn't gotten used to. I followed his gaze and saw a man staring at Lan. I took a step closer to Lan instinctivley.

Lan pulled Becca against him wrapping an arm tightly around her waist as he slowly turned, walking back towards the plaza and where he would pick up Hayley's scent, still scowling beneath the cowl.

Hayley turned up the sound of the scanner. Three cars stolen. no one knows how they look like or who they were. Hayley looked out of the window and looked at Ewan. '' get in this is gonna be a hell of a ride '' she said and started the car.

Ewan looked up as Hayley spoke to him and did what she told him to, leaping into the passenger seat "What? hell of a ride?" he asked confused.

Lan frowned at Becca "Don't look at him, one of the guards spare trackers.."

'' just get in '' she said rolling her eyes. '' lan Becca take the blue one its faster then the red one '' hayley pointed at the cars and waited for Ewan to get in.

I did as he said and looked foward, leaning my head against his shoulder. I heard Hayley speak to Ewan and then to me. "Oh no," I groaned.

Hayley looked impatient as she sighed. '' they are looking on the other side we could make the airport '' she said.

"You had to steal the cars, didn't you?" I complained, glancing at Lan, remembering his first ride in my car.

Lan's stomach lurched at the idea "I'll meet you at the airport, lead the tracker off "He said suddenly and began running. He loathed cars as well Becca knew.

Ewan looked at Hayley from the seat and gulped, either she was going to hat him for good .. maybe she was.. softening to him, she did keep staring at him .. or avoiding looking at him by turns.

I kissed Lan's cheek before he started running, I ran with him. *We'll meet you at the airport.* I thought to Hayley, correcting Lan's sentence.

'' whatever '' hayley raced away as she avoided any big roads. She knew this plac better then the police so no one could ever comment her. She turned to the left and kept away from Becca's smell. She knew what to do she always did. Hayley was the one who didn't.

Lan looked at Becca "Text Hayley" he said as they reached the airport gates "Tell her to drop the car, the police are waiting here .. no doubt incase it was a way to get to the air port fast to avoid being caught for other crimes." he frowned and then looked at Becca "For her sake and Ewan's."

Hayley arrived at the back of the airport and got out of the car. '' you go to the other side tell them to meet me gate 6 '' Hayley said and ran to the other side.

Lan looked up as Ewan ran to him and whispered in his ear "Fool.... she brought the car to the airport ..." he said something to Ewan who ran off again.

Ewan ran up to Hayley and said "Hayley, Lan says ok he'll meet you at gate 6 and to tell you that he has told me to take the car so .. well I need the keys, the plane to the U.S and Forks is leaving in ten minutes.. be ready he said he and Becca are going there now, I need the keys, draw the cops away, they're here at the air port waiting for the cars ..."

'' you're kidding me right? '' she said and pointed at the crashed cars in the side of the gasstation. '' right? '' she smiled. Did they think that she was really that stupid. '' you though we were going t miss a flight? yeah right sherlock '' she said grabbing his jacket and dragged him to gate 6. '' okay guys I'll go take the plane to Seattle. you go do your thing. They're after me '' she explained and ran to gate 4.

Lan looked at Hayley and nodded "Becca, go. Ewan you go with Hayley, I'll meet you guys back in forks."

Ewan frowned "What are you going to do Lan?" he asked in a curious tone.

Lan smiled "Well let's just say .. I'm going to .. give them a distraction." he put his han dinside his coat where his knife rested, he knew both the girl's knew he had 4 knives on him at all times an dwhere they were hidden.

Hayley sneaked in the plane and sat close to a window. She looked around and sighed. She was alone. Thats what she wanted to be.
