He nodded "And another coat like my usual coat? my night's watch feast coat?" he asked softly, he had it bundled in with the sword, he pulled it out.

"Sure, anything." I laughed and wandered into the mall, holding my breath, and through the crowds, I found the elavator, looked at Lan and decided against it. I found the stairs and made my way up to the top floor, above the normal shops.

I knew Hayley would go off, finding her favourite stores and outfits that she wanted. When I got to the top of the stairs, I knocked quietly on the door.

Then door opened a crack and a familiar voice said, "Who is it?" "Your number one customer." I laughed as the door slid open.= I stepped inside and pulled Lan in too.

"Madame, what can I do for you?" Tha husky voice of Morgan Von Stridhaund, the world's leading, unknown fashin designer. I smiled. "My.. friend needs some new clothes. Some special ones. Are you busy?" I cringed at the word friend, because honestly, I considered Lan to be much more than that.

"Lan, chill." I whispered.
"Why, of course." MOrgan's English accent was very pronounced. "What is it you need?"
"You see, Lan here, he likes the feel of velvet. But he wouldn't fit into school if he turned up in proper velvets. I was wondering if you could make some noraml-looking clothes that are made from velvet?"
"Of course, Madame." Morgan smiled. "When would you like them?"
"Is it possible to have one, within the hour and the rest you can take your time with."
Morgan comtemplated it, looking at his pile in the corner. "Sure."
"Thank you." I said, and smiled sweetly. There was a slight blush in Morgan's cheeks, he bowed his head and shooed us out, closing the door behind us.

'' miss erhm is the orange bracelet done? '' hayley said quickly looking back. '' yes miss Williams your fathers creditcard had enough money for it you must be rich '' hayley rolled her eyes. 'no questions just give me the bracelet '' she demanded as the woman gave it without looking like she was in the real world.

I walked behind Lan, down the narrow staricase, picturing Morgan's face, I burst out laughing.

Lan followed her out, he had left the velvet coat with the odd man in the room to be copied and replicated. His muscles were taught, he looked like a serpent ready to strike in any direction as he walked with Becca.

I took a black dress with silver snakes on it. The other was a silver drss with black snakes. perfect for our ball. I took my cellphone and texted becca. - got some great dresses get over here- I smiled and held both.
