I stood on my tiptoes, pushing the swing back as far as it would go, then I let it go and swung my legs.

I bit my lip, she didn't know. Oh well, I was gonna tell her. "Yeah but we aren't the only species, there's," I lowered my voice. "Vampires and shapeshifters too."

"Oh god!" I complained. "Look I am dead serious. If you don't believe me we'll go find one. But look we are on the wolves side, cause we live in La Push." I explained.

I sobered up at the seriousness of her tone. "You're not kidding." I stated then started listening. "So, if we're on the wolves side... Where is the vampire's side?"

"It goes waay back to our ancestors, not theirs cause, well, they don't die or have children. Our ancestors made a deal that if they stayed off their lands they wouldn't expose them to the humans." I whispered, I knew Maci had only moved here, but we were friends and I was pretty sure she'd do the same for me.

I laughed following her. "Cool!, you release we're supposed to be at peace though, sure we hate each other but there's not much we can actually do about it." I explained further.

I smiled and and got in the car. "They should be quite easy to find, I'll just that vibe again. Better not take Josh though, we don't want him to know about us."

"Yeah," I answered, gently pulling Josh out of the car. I propped him up against the swingset but had another idea. "Ivy, help me!" I whisper-yelled.
